Features and Functionality:-

• This machine can do welding up-to a height of 155mm with standard welding burn-off as 6mm.
• Utilizes support plates which are adoptable to both magnetic as well asT nut mounted welding blocks to allow quick removal and refitting.
• No time-consuming hand wheel adjustments due to availability of pneumatic brakes on movable head which is activated by push button.
• All movements are made with smooth linear bearings and hardened steel shafts.
• The movable head is positioned by manual means which moves on linear bearings.
• LM guide ways along with bearings gives free movements to heater plate for precisely aligned hassle-free welding. The mounting is designed in a user-friendly manner, having long life span.
• The full size V heater supports double corner welding simultaneously.
• The V head clamps are operated with dual supported LM bearing and Guide-ways to avoid unevenness in V noses.
• Middle dual V head allows simultaneous welding of 6 corners in 3 frames or combined 4 point welding with V.
• Adjustable knifes are provided to switch between 2mm (Normal) & .2mm (Seamless) welding.
• Designed to be easy to use and simple to maintain. Safety clamp, two hand control and individual presser regulator for each head clamps.
