Double Head Seamless Welding Machine/150mm (WDS-S6L)
150mm Double Head Seamless Welding is designed to produce corner, variable angle joints in window and door profiles. It can do both 2mm (Normal) &.2mm(Seamless) welding, the fixed head has butt welding options as well. The machine has 3600mm as maximum length for welding with both head operation.
Features and Functionality:-
- This machine can do welding up-to a height of 155mm with standard welding burn-off as 6mm.
- Utilizes support plates which are adoptable to both magnetic as well as T nut mounted welding blocks to allow quick removal and refitting.
- No time-consuming hand wheel adjustments due to availability of pneumatic brakes on movable head which is activated by push button.
- All movements are made with smooth linear bearings and hardened steel shafts.
- The movable head is positioned by manual means which moves on linear bearings.
- LM guide ways along with bearings gives free movements to heater plate for precisely aligned hassle-free welding. The mounting is designed in a user-friendly manner, having long life span.
- Adjustable knifes are provided to switch between 2mm (Normal) & .2mm (Seamless) welding.
- Designed to be easy to use and simple to maintain. Safety clamp, two hand control and individual presser regulator for each head clamps.
