Machines comes with 2,0mm axis mounted groove knives (2-Nos) for surface grooving, (1-Nos) TCT Milling Blade for back side cleaning. Tool control by easy programming in tabular form for each profile which are saved to internal memory.Frame support table for uniform cleaning of all corners.

- Both grooving knifes are programmable as they are mounted on the axis which allows precise cleaning by means of programming in decimal scale.
- Profile faces and mills outside edge in one operating cycle.
- Wide range of outside shaped profiles can be cleaned due to CNC controlled milling blade.
- Up to 40 different program slots available for multiple series of profiles.
- Programs are directly created on the machine touch screen in tabular form with ease.
- Digital display allows for tweaking of the programs for optimum finish. Programs can be tweaked by qualified machine operators.
- Full interpolation enables decorative shapes to be milled.
- Milling blade provides a superior finish due to more teeth and higher periphery speed when compared to conventional cutter sets.
- Total flexibility with full operation or option to isolate either or both groove knives or milling blade or track cleaner or any combination.
- Cleaning cycle activated automatically as frame joint is inserted, centering device atomically pulls the profiles corners against the fences so that cleaning position remains accurate and precise.
- 25mm-145mm range height profiles could be cleaned in this machine.
